This broad spectral coverage ensures compatibility with standard camphorquinone (CQ) and alternative photoinitiators used in clinical restorative composites and orthodontic adhesives. Engineered with a focused 15.8-degree emission angle, the optical lens delivers a concentrated, uniform light beam for consistent curing depth across the restoration surface.

Seven Programmable Clinical Modes To accommodate different restorative materials and clinical procedures, the unit provides 7 selectable operating modes controlled via the integrated digital display and M/T button:

• Normal / Standard Mode (M1): Delivers constant light output for routine composite fillings and general restorations (5s, 10s, 15s, 20s).

• High / Strong Mode (M2): Increases irradiance for rapid polymerization and deeper curing requirements (3s, 4s, 5s).

• Turbo / Super-Strong Mode (M3): Operates at peak intensity (2700–3000/3100 mW/cm²) to cure 2mm resin increments in 1 to 3 seconds.

• Ortho Mode (M4): Features continuous multi-cycle timing (3s×5 or 3s×10 intervals) at high intensity, specifically structured for consecutive orthodontic bracket bonding.

• Check / Examination Mode (M5): Provides extended illumination cycles (30s / 60s) for intraoral inspection.

• Pulse Mode (M6): Cycles the LED output with a 0.6s curing interval followed by a 0.4s pause, reducing thermal accumulation during extended operation (5s, 10s, 15s, 20s).

• Soft / Progressive Mode (M7): Gradually ramps up light intensity to minimize polymerization shrinkage stress and heat generation (5s, 10s, 15s, 20s).

Ergonomic All-Metal Construction and Built-In Light Meter Constructed with a streamlined all-metal body, the handpiece offers mechanical durability and drop resistance while maintaining a lightweight profile for comfortable handling. The 360-degree rotatable lamp cap allows clinicians to direct the light beam perpendicularly to posterior and hard-to-reach tooth surfaces.

For ongoing quality assurance, the charging base incorporates a built-in digital light meter. Clinicians can verify the actual output irradiance in real time prior to polymerization, ensuring the light intensity meets the curing threshold required by the resin material. Power is supplied by a 3.7V 2000mAh ICR 18500 rechargeable lithium battery equipped with over-voltage, over-current, and short-circuit protection.
