The AMEXORS Surface-Hardened NiTi Rotary Files are developed for demanding endodontic preparations involving constricted, sclerotic, or calcified root canals where instruments encounter high rotational resistance. During conventional machining of NiTi wire, microscopic surface grooves can act as stress concentration points. This series utilizes an specialized surface-hardening and oxidation process that smooths surface micro-defects and increases outer-layer wear resistance.

Combined with a reinforced modified triangular core, the instrument provides heightened torsional yield strength against binding forces while retaining the internal flexibility of heat-treated NiTi. The dark matte finish also reduces light reflection under high-intensity dental operating lights and microscope illumination, improving visual clarity at the canal orifice.
