AMEXORS Controlled Memory NiTi Rotary Files SX-F3 CM-Wire Heat-Treated

The AMEXORS Controlled Memory (CM) NiTi Rotary Files are engineered for root canal preparations where preserving pericervical dentin and apical curvature is critical. Through controlled memory thermal processing, the austenite finish temperature ($A_f$) of the NiTi wire is raised above body temperature. As a result, the file operates in a ductile martensitic state during instrumentation, adapting passively to S-shaped and severely curved canals without the straightening tendency of traditional NiTi wire.

In addition to cyclic fatigue resistance, the CM alloy provides a visual safety indicator: if a file experiences excessive torsional stress during canal negotiation, the flutes may slightly unwind rather than fracturing abruptly, signaling the clinician to inspect or discard the instrument. Minor bending deformations naturally straighten when exposed to standard autoclave sterilization temperatures (134°C).
