The AMEXORS Blue Heat-Treated NiTi Rotary Files are designed for continuous rotary root canal shaping across routine and anatomically curved canals. Through a specialized blue titanium-oxide thermomechanical heat treatment, the Nickel-Titanium alloy transitions into a predominantly martensitic crystalline phase at clinical operating temperatures. This metallurgical structure reduces restoring force (spring-back), allowing the instrument to follow the natural curvature of the root canal while minimizing canal transportation.

To balance flexibility with material removal efficiency, the files incorporate a modified convex triangular cross-section with active cutting flutes. The solid core geometry supports torsional load distribution during coronal flaring and apical finishing, while the flute pitch facilitates upward coronal evacuation of dentinal debris. The system follows the standard 6-file SX–F3 crown-down sequence and is compatible with standard endodontic motors operating in continuous clockwise rotation.
