AMEXORS Blue Heat Treated NiTi Rotary Files (Super Cutting Force)
Defying the Limits of Canal Curvature
Negotiating abruptly curved or calcified root canals presents a high risk of instrument separation and canal transportation. The AMEXORS Blue Series was engineered to eliminate this clinical fear. By harnessing an advanced martensitic alloy state at room temperature, the file yields to the canal's natural anatomy seamlessly. Yet, through precision-machined aggressive fluting, it retains a super cutting force that traditional flexible files lack. It is the ultimate tool for safe, efficient, and predictable shaping in complex endodontic anatomies.
The AMEXORS Blue NiTi Rotary File is an advanced endodontic shaping instrument characterized by its unique titanium oxide surface layer and specific metallurgical phase configuration.
Blue Thermomechanical Treatment & Martensitic Phase The distinctive blue coloration of this instrument is a functional titanium oxide layer generated during a highly controlled, multi-stage heating and cooling protocol. This specific thermomechanical treatment dramatically shifts the transformation temperature of the Nickel-Titanium alloy. As a result, the file exists predominantly in the martensitic phase at typical clinical temperatures. This martensitic structure is inherently softer, more ductile, and possesses profound shape-memory capabilities, granting the instrument extreme flexibility and an exceptionally high resistance to cyclic fatigue.
Super Cutting Force Geometry Historically, extreme flexibility in martensitic files resulted in a compromised cutting efficiency. This instrument overcomes that physical limitation through an advanced cross-sectional geometry. The cutting edges are engineered with a specialized positive rake angle and a variable helical pitch. This design aggressively shears dentin (providing a "super cutting force") and rapidly evacuates debris coronally, preventing the file from binding or screwing into the dentinal walls, even when operating in a highly flexed state.
Canal Centering Ability Due to the alloy's low restoring force (the tendency of a bent file to straighten), the AMEXORS Blue file exhibits superior canal centering ability. It meticulously follows the natural glide path without applying excessive lateral pressure to the outer curve of the canal, thereby virtually eliminating the risks of ledging, zipping, or apical transportation.
Physical Casing Identifier Consistent with our rigorous manufacturing protocols, the shank of each blue file is injection-molded with precise laser-marked size and taper identifiers. This ensures absolute traceability and confirms the instrument's specific metallurgical calibration.
