The AMEXORS Rainbow-Coated S-Shape NiTi Rotary Files are distinguished from standard triangular rotary systems by their double-fluted S-shaped cross-sectional geometry. While a triangular cross-section contacts the root canal wall at three points, the S-shape profile utilizes two positive cutting edges and deeper flute grooves. This geometry reduces radial contact area against the dentin walls—lowering torsional friction and the risk of tapered lock—while providing expanded flute volume to auger excised debris coronally.

The heat-treated NiTi core is finished with a multi-color titanium-oxide coating that increases surface hardness to maintain cutting edge sharpness across multiple canals. Because the S-shape core is more slender than a solid convex triangle, it also offers enhanced lateral flexibility when navigating narrow or double-curved root canal anatomies.
